ABOUT

Kate Stoddart is a multi award-winning RIBA Chartered Architect based in Farnham, Surrey, designing bespoke contemporary homes, sensitive remodels and exceptional extensions across Surrey and Hampshire.

Away from the drawing board, Kate enjoys long country walks with friends and her dogs, getting out on court for a tennis match and spending time with her family. She also understands the realities of building a home from the other side of the fence, having designed and managed a number of self-build projects. These experiences bring a practical, personal perspective to her work, helping her understand not only how a house needs to look and work, but how it needs to feel to live in.

Since establishing her practice in 2010, she has created hundreds of carefully crafted homes, recognised for their thoughtful design, connection to place and enduring quality. Her work has received numerous design awards, including the Overall Design Award at the Waverley Borough Council Design Awards and the Sunday Times People’s Choice Self Build Award.
